IDEAS FOR GOOD, a web media platform that curates ideas for making the world a better place, is hosting a new interactive exhibition titled “Everyone’s well-being” from May 26 through the end of August 2025 (planned) at PLAT UMEKITA in Osaka. The event invites visitors to explore and reflect on their unique sense of “well-being”.
Our company is participating as a co-creation partner in PLAT UMEKITA, a new experiential innovation hub established by TOPPAN Inc., a member of the TOPPAN Holdings Group, which opened in Umeda, Osaka in September 2024.
The exhibition is organized by the PLAT UMEKITA Editorial Office and curated by IDEAS FOR GOOD.
The exhibition offers a hands-on experience designed around five personas: students, business professionals, parents, seniors, and “Osaka people.” Through curated items and the stories behind them, visitors are encouraged to reflect on their own lifestyle and what well-being means to them.
Background of the exhibition
PLAT UMEKITA, located in Umeda’s Grand Green Osaka Park, serves as a playful space for imagining the future together. Within its Living Lab area “Idea Lab.,” the exhibition aims to explore the theme of well-being from diverse social standpoints.
Curated by IDEAS FOR GOOD, the exhibition invites visitors to step into someone else’s shoes by presenting products and services connected to well-being. Tactile and auditory experiences, storytelling through posters, and thought-provoking questions are also integrated to prompt deeper self-reflection.
Ehibition highlights (selected examples)
- well-being for students: “Oops,” an online consultation service for mental and physical health
- well-begin for business professionals: “Sounds Right,” a project using nature sounds to promote relaxation and environmental conservation

- well-being for seniors: “LOVOT,” a companion robot offering comfort through presence

Each of these exhibits encourages empathy by allowing visitors to imagine well-being from a viewpoint different from their own.
Well-being ideas for everyday park life
IDEAS FOR GOOD will also introduce ideas for practicing well-being in the park, such as putting down your smartphone or joining programs that combine walking with conversation. Related events are also planned during the exhibition period.

Comment from IDEAS FOR GOOD
“‘Well-being’ can feel like a vague term, which is why we believe it’s important to explore it through different perspectives and real-life experiences. Let’s rediscover the little joys in life—together, in the open space of the park.”
