Policy on Internal Reporting

In order to establish compliance management, we develop a system for internal reporting to prevent, detect and correct improper acts at an early stage.

  • We establish reporting methods such as telephone, e-mail, fax, written documents, and face-to-face meetings and operate the system responsibly.
  • We protect the confidentiality of reports, consultations, and investigations.
  • We will not treat whistleblowers or cooperators in a disadvantageous manner.
  • We respond to consultations and reports in a timely and appropriate manner after a thorough investigation.
  • If the investigation reveals any wrongdoing, we will promptly take corrective and preventive measures.
  • When corrective and preventive measures have been taken, we will endeavor to notify the whistleblower promptly.
