- We establish reporting methods such as telephone, e-mail, fax, written documents, and face-to-face meetings and operate the system responsibly.
- We protect the confidentiality of reports, consultations, and investigations.
- We will not treat whistleblowers or cooperators in a disadvantageous manner.
- We respond to consultations and reports in a timely and appropriate manner after a thorough investigation.
- If the investigation reveals any wrongdoing, we will promptly take corrective and preventive measures.
- When corrective and preventive measures have been taken, we will endeavor to notify the whistleblower promptly.
