Circular Yokohama Organizes “Yokohama Sustainable Business Design School” at Kanagawa University

From December 5, 2024, to January 16, 2025, Circular Yokohama organizes “Yokohama Sustainable Business Design School” at Kanagawa University. Yu Kato, CEO of Harch, will give a lecture in the course.
The program contains five-sessions, organized in collaboration with the Yokohama SDGs Design Center, aims to foster the creation of sustainable businesses in Yokohama, a designated SDGs Future City. Participants will gain both theoretical insights into sustainable business design from experts in environmental and social fields and practical knowledge through case studies presented by SDG-advanced companies in Yokohama. The program combines classroom lectures with fieldwork, offering hands-on learning opportunities to develop practical knowledge and skills.
In addition to the lecture, Yu Kato will guide participants through fieldwork aimed at deepening their understanding of sustainability-driven business models and practices. Through this session, attendees will explore advanced case studies and acquire insights into sustainable business management and development.
Circular Yokohama will continue to share information and promote initiatives related to sustainable business design in the future.
