Since its founding in December 2015, Harch Inc. Has been developing and managing multiple online media sites thanks to being lucky enough to have a great deal of excellent members, partners and customers. Although the range of media that our company develop is diverse, there is a common principle to all of it which is the hope to create a more positive future for the readership and society as a whole.

Founder and CEO/ Yu Kato
Born in 1985. After graduating from the Department of Education at Tokyo University, he joined Recruit Agent Co. Ltd. (now Recruit Career) in April 2007, as a recruiting advisor specializing in supporting mid-career recruitment within the consumer goods and service industries. After winning the Market MVP, Unit MVG and the Unit Good Practice awards several times, Yu joined Lea Co. Ltd. on the board of directors in 2009, and the following year became CEO. He was involved in web marketing support and EC educational project for over 50 companies. In 2013, he co-founded Neural Inc. and was involved in setting up a CSR and sustainability specialist media channel. Having sold off his company shares in Neural he established Harch Inc. in December 2015.
Company Director/ Takahiro Amano
Born in 1984. After graduating from the Department of Education at Tokyo University, he joined Mizuho bank where he was responsible for corporate sales. After leaving Mizuho bank, he founded web consultancy agency Lea Co. Ltd. and was involved in web marketing support for over 200 businesses, from ones listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange to smaller venture companies. In 2010, he was appointed as a member of the Deliberative Promotion Committee for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, aside from his day job, taking part in the planning for the education policy formation symposium for public-private industry. In February 2017, he sold off Lea Co. Ltd. and joined Harch.
