Harch introduced in Yokohama City Council’s “Council Journal”

The Yokohama City Council introduced Harch in its “Council Journal.”
The Council Journal is an informational magazine issued by the Yokohama City Council Parliament for parliament members. To actively support parliament activities, such as discussions of policy proposals by parliament members and parliament discussions, the Journal researches and edits articles about important issues for the city government, from the perspective of the parliament
In their 2022 policy research report titled “the circular economy,” the Journal writes about Harch entering into agreements by public-private partnerships to promote the circular economy, as well as our efforts to support projects where we work together to solve regional issues and revitalize local regions.
