On October 23–24, Circular Yokohama participated in the 13th Asia Smart City Conference hosted by Yokohama City. Our CEO Kato spoke at the stage session and Circular Yokohama showcased its initiatives at the event’s exhibition booth.
The Asia Smart City Conference is a global event centered on Asia’s decarbonization efforts, bringing together knowledge, ideas, and solutions for sustainable development. The 13th conference welcomed diverse stakeholders from Asia, including city representatives, international organizations, corporations, and students, to address the challenges and growth opportunities needed to build a sustainable green society.
In the stage session, Circular Yokohama spoke at a circular economy session alongside Seki from StockBase Inc. and Stéfan Le Dû from European Business Council.

This year’s conference featured approximately 50 exhibition booths on key themes, including Green Transformation (GX), advanced technologies, urban solutions, and innovation. Circular Yokohama’s booth highlighted technologies and solutions aimed at achieving a sustainable green society, providing opportunities for business discussions and networking.
